In other words, the values we choose to adopt, will determine our destiny as a species. It will determine whether we flourish and survive, or perish and fail, whether we beautify our surroundings, or despoil them, whether we as a society will live peacefully together, or tear ourselves apart with conflict.
Promoting the kind of values that will produce the best result for the sustained survival, health and prosperity of all humanity is a core component of Socibuild’s mission as a company.
Today, many people may feel that events in politics are starting to spiral out of control. The world is a very big place, we can’t control the values of every culture and every person that lives in it. But we can, at least, begin by doing our best to ensure that right set of values prevail in the communities we manage. And hopefully the resulting societies will expand and set an example for the rest of the world. But we have to start somewhere. Before we work out how to change the world, we must first work out how to change one community.
